If salespeople are praised as warriors, PGs are considered the firekeepers. The PG training program in November 2013 in the North and the Middle took place for 3 days from November 4 to November 6, 2013 at Tam Dao - Vinh Phuc resort, which is the bridge that connects Nam Duong Corporation and the PGs. More than 200 PGs from 35 provinces in the North and the Middle had an opportunity to meet, share, and connect with each other through the training courses in integration, knowledge about products, sales skills. The epicenter of the training program was the convergence of excellent PGs in the final night of “Nam Duong’s Queen of PG” Contest if the North and the Middle
The PG training program in November 2013 has left the participants with a vivid impression. Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Long - a PG from Phu Tho Province expressed herself: “This was the first PG training program held by the company from 2008, and it was very informative. I have worked for this company for a long time and believed that I have understood products as well as customers’ mind set. However, after two training days, I have learned a lot more knowledge, which really helps me become more confident when selling at the outlet. It is true that learning is a never-ending process”.
After the training program, the executive board of Nam Duong Corporation wishes that each and every PG will have a professional orientation and be able to apply what they have learned to their job in order to achieve greatest productivity, understand the company better, and connect with other members of Nam Duong’s great family.
The Nam Duong's Queen of PGs final gala, which is part of the training program, took place joyfully thanks to the thorough preparation of the organizers as well as the contestants. All 10 contestants were successful in exhibiting the grace and intelligence of Nam Duong's PGs. After successfully answering the interview questions, Tran Thi Thu Phuong - a contestant from Nam Dinh province - won the title of Nam Duong's Queen of PG in the North and the Middle. When hearing her name announced by the MC as the winner of the first prize, Ms. Phuong - the new Nam Duong’s Queen of PGs - burst into tears because of happiness. Phuong was still very emotional after she has been back to her hometown, saying: “I'm really happy because of being the Queen of PGs 2013. This is such a great honor to me. I will try my best to live up to everything the company has given me”.
The PG training program in November 2013 in the North and the Middle was ended within plenty of sweet memories. The training program in the South will take place in 03 days: November 10, 11, and 12, 2013.
